How We Give You Successful Results:
Upon receiving your brief we create a bespoke training programme to fully meet your company's exact requirements.
We supply (for every presentation skills training course) a four tier pre & post course system which enables:
* trainees to set personal objectives in detail and fully prepare for their course
* our trainer to tailor each course to meet individual & group objectives exactly
* your full assessment of the on-going post course results for every individual trainee
1) Delegates Set Their Individual Objectives:
You are sent (electronically) a pre-course briefing form (created to match your brief) which enables
each trainee to set clear personal objectives - ideally in conversation with their direct line manager.
2) Training Is Adapted to Meet Individual Needs:
The completed forms are used by the trainer to tailor each programme to meet all individual requirements.
3) Individual Action Planning:
Delegates complete an action plan based on their original objectives and how they will put in to practice the
new knowledge and skills learnt. Your company can obtain a copy of each delegate's action plan (as part of
the course assessment).
4) Follow-up Review of On-Going Results:
At an appropriate time after the training programme (usually after 5-10 weeks) delegates review their
action plan (against original objectives) and the specific results gained since receiving the training.
This can be done with the involvement of their direct line manager and, if you require, results can be
forwarded to your H.R. dept. or course organisor so they can review the success of each programme.
If you use our system to it's final conclusion you will be able to fully analyse every presentaton skills
course we run for you in terms of it's overall success and it's specific short and long term results.
On request, we are able to offer 'blended learning' options into your training programme to help progress
and monitor long term results even further.
