Who Should Attend: All those who regularly communicate through the written word.
Objectives: This is a unique programme which provides an entire strategy for enhancing all written communications. Particular focus is placed on clarity, brevity, thought for the reader and precise targeting.
Style: The training consists of a series of teaching sessions and practical exercises enabling delegates to develop their individual skills. Delegates are asked to bring examples of real life work related business writing of their own (for their own private analysis) - a letter, a report, a memo and an E-Mail.
