Who Should Attend: This programme is chiefly aimed at those who are required to instruct small groups of trainees. The programme can be adapted for all types of instructing - technical or non technical. The agenda can be tailored to suit any instructional situation and can be designed to your specific brief to run over 1, 2 or 3 days duration. It run's best with between 6-12 delegates.
Objectives: 1) To provide delegates with practical techniques for the preparation and delivery of teaching sessions catering for small groups. 2) To enhance the instructors ability to communicate confidently, clearly and precisely; to motivate trainees and facilitate interaction and practice sessions effectively. 3) To enable an on the spot analysis of the results of instructions.
Style: The programme itself is highly practical and interactive using CCTV for delegates to view their performance and can be fully adjusted during delivery to meet individual requirements. Delegates are asked to bring relevant materials to help them produce a 'real life' work related instructional session that they will prepare and run as a final practice session.
