Who Should Attend: This programme is a tailored version of 'Instructional Techniques' aimed at those who are required to deliver informal 'on the job' training or coaching purely on a one to one basis.
Objectives: 1) To provide delegates with practical techniques for the preparation and delivery of one to one training/coaching. 2) To enhance the trainers' ability to communicate clearly and effectively; to work effectively with the trainee and to 'follow through' to ensure correct results and success.
Style: The training is highly practical and interactive giving plenty of practice in a safe environment and tailored to meet individual requirements. CCTV is op tional, but not usually required.
