Small group sizes

All courses are run with small groups (usually a maximum of eight participants) and we provide specific coaching sessions for smaller groups or on a one to one basis.

Small numbers maximises individual attention and quality of tutoring.

Partnership with the Trainer

You provide your brief to the trainer - not a sales-person. The trainer becomes your contact (partner) for that project. We agree all aspects with you through a proposal that the trainer produces.

You can have confidence that the trainer fully understands what results are required.

Practical Training

All our training is competence based, fully interactive and practical, giving plenty of practice to develop skills as well as knowledge. Our post course materials are always highly practical & portable. Where required, we will also include a range of ‘blended learning’ techniques to help speed up the learning curve.

Post Course Action Plan Process

The final stage of our special briefing system is the follow-up review. Every delegate completes an  action plan, and the person who booked the course receives a copy. The process enables line managers to review original objectives, the action plan - analyse long term results, and feed these back to HR.

You can be assured of track-able and measurable end results.  

Special Pre-Course Briefing System

Our special pre-course briefing system ensures delegates set clear individual objectives and enables the tutor to tailor every programme to meet the specific needs of individuals. The system encourages management participation and individual follow-up review. We email the form to you. All you have to do is forward the email to participants - so for you, it’s easy!

This means that everyone leaves a course feeling that they got specifically what they wanted.

Practical Tailor-Made Hand-Outs

Our specially designed hand-outs come as a set of cards held inside a CD style plastic case. We include your own company  logo and each card can be tailored to include any specific messages you would like to communicate. The cards can be placed in any order (to suit) and, when opened, the case can sit on a desk as a constant handy reminder for course participants.
