Objectives: 1) To provide a realistic and practical approach for the effective planning and running of meetings aimed at producing successful outcomes & results. 2) To enable attendees to contribute to the success of all meetings.
Style: The training consists of series of teaching sessions and exercises allowing delegates to develop their individual skills. All attendees are given the oppor- tunity to plan and prepare for a real life forthcoming meeting during the course.
