Who Should Attend: All those required to hold individual formal appraisal interviews with the objective of reviewing and enhancing successful performance.
Objectives: 1) To provide a practical structure and framework for effective preparation and conducting of staff appraisals. 2) To enable delegates to practice and develop their skills for running successful appraisal interviews.
Style: The training consists of series of teaching sessions, exercises and practical role play's allowing delegates to develop their individual skills. All attendees are given the opportunity to privately plan and prepare for a real life forthcom- ing appraisal.
