| Who Should Attend: | This programme is chiefly aimed at those who present formal training sessions or lectures to groups of trainees. The programme can be adapted for all types of trainers - technical or non technical. The agenda can also be tailored to add extra focus to either preparation and design, the actual communication & presentation process, or post training assessment (over 2 or 3 days duration). In short, the entire programme can be designed to your specific needs. |
| Objectives: | 1) To provide delegates with practical techniques for the preparation and delivery of training sessions presented to groups (or lectures to larger audiences). 2) To enhance the trainers' ability to communicate confidently, clearly and precisely; to motivate trainees and to handle questions & feedback sessions effectively. 3) To provide a comprehensive set of ideas to maximise training effectiveness and the analysis of results. |
| Style: | The programme itself is highly practical and interactive using CCTV for delegates to view their performance. The content can be adjusted during delivery to meet individual requirements. Delegates are asked to bring relevant materials to help them produce a short 'real life' work related training session that they will prepare and present as a final practice session. |
