Video Conference Presentations

'Presenting is daunting enough, let alone when it's transmitted all over the globe!'

Who Should Attend: All those who are required to make a structured presentation using video conferencing facilities.
Objectives: To provide delegates with teaching and practice that will enable them to present information effectively and make best use of the equipment to achieve a professionally presented 'video conference transmission' - (known as 'VCT').
Style: The training is highly practical and interactive giving plenty of time for practice. By it's nature, it is important that at least half a day of this course is spent actually using video conferencing equipment in either a real life or 'mock' situation. Delegates are asked to bring relevant materials that they can use as part of a real life work related practice session.

This course can be tailored specifically for your company & run at the venue of your choice
We strongly advise that VCT equipment be available for demonstration & use during all of day two

Requirements: Large Room (approx. 30' X 20') with U shape or boardroom seating
Television monitor (as large as possible) and VHS video player
Overhead projector & screen
Flip chart pad & stand
Separate syndicate room (if more than 4 delegates)
Access to fully operational VCT equipment during all of day two
